Our bedbug dogs are saving Hotel’s and B&B’s money

More and more Hotels, B&B’s, Hostels are using our bedbugs dog services. By using the dogs we can find a single bedbug in a room. This means we can stop the problem before it gets out of control. The dogs can check up to 10 rooms an hour compared to 30 to 45 minutes per room for a technician.

If a Hotel or B&B gets bedbugs it does not mean it’s a dirty or not a well maintained hotel, unfortunately every time a room is rented out the run the risk of someone bring the bedbugs into the room.

Everyone has been talking about the bedbug problem in New York and how bad the problem is. Now the bedbug problem is in Canadian cities also, the problem is so bad that it’s become a national emergency. We have also noted a huge increase in the amount of call from people in Dublin worried about bedbugs. They are not sure if they have a problem and want their homes checked, as a result our two bedbug dogs are really busy.

I still get a kick out of watching the dogs working with their handler, it really is amazing that they can find these small bedbugs with their nose.
