Q. I hear noises in my attic/wall void. What is causing them?

A. Noises could be caused by many pests such as rats, mice, cats or insects. In houses the majority of the time it’s mice up there making all that noise, However to treat the problem we first need to positively identify the pest involved. Once we have identified the pest involved a treatment plan needs to be devised to address the particular pest problem. Once the problem has been solved any area larger than (6mm for mice and 9mm for rats) must be sealed since they can fit into very small areas.
